Stage 3 - Mansfield Woodhouse to Worksop

Mansfield Woodhouse to Worksop opened for passengers on the 25th May 1998.

New stations were opened at Shirebrook,  Langwith-Whaley Thorns, Cresswell

and Whitwell.

Shirebrook Junction.  The line to the left goes to the W H Davies Wagon Works, to the right

to High Marnham, ahead to Worksop.  On the 27th June 1992 20 059 and 20 168 are on the

rear of the Dukeries Collier railtour.

Class 156 403 leaves Creswell for Worksop.  The lower signal is for the line from

Creswell via Clowne to Seymore Junction.
